Our metal finishes are safeguarded by a transparent wax coating. Rather than a static, sealed-in look, these are living finishes that will continue to evolve subtly over the lifetime of your fixture, developing their own character over time and making each piece unique.

To help your fixture age gracefully, we recommend handling the metal components with care during installation and beyond. When working with the fixture or during installation, wear the enclosed nitrile gloves. Skin oils left on the surface can cause dark spots to develop on the metal over time. If you notice smudges or spotting, spray a small amount of Windex onto a soft cloth and rub gently over the affected area, taking care not to remove the protective wax coating.
