Terms & Conditions

All products manufactured by Blueprint Lighting are covered by a one-year warranty after receipt (not installation). This warranty ensures that our products are free from defects in workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. It is essential to follow our care and maintenance guidelines, as well as the provided installation instructions, to ensure the longevity of your Blueprint Lighting product. Blueprint Lighting is not responsible for any costs of installation removal or re-installation. In the event that you encounter any issues covered by the workmanship warranty, please contact our support team at support@blueprintlighting.com. Our team will assist you in addressing the matter and finding a suitable resolution. Please note that if a repair is needed that falls outside the warranty, you will be responsible for shipping, parts, and labor costs.

Pricing and Payment
The pricing of our fixtures may be subject to change without notice. Goods will be ready to ship within the specified lead time(s).

Lead Times
All lead times correspond to the published lead times on product pages. Our average lead time is between 8-12 weeks. Please note that lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become delayed. Custom projects are subject to extended lead times.

Rush Orders
While rush orders are not common, we may accommodate them upon request, subject to pre-approval by Blueprint Lighting. Rush orders typically reduce the lead time to 4-6 weeks. Expedited processing with a lead time of just 1-2 business days is available for eligible fixtures covered by our Quick Ship program. More details about our Quick Ship program can be found here.

Custom Orders
Custom orders must be placed by reaching out to Blueprint Lighting directly. You may fill out the form on our Custom Inquiries page or reach out to our sales team directly at sales@blueprintlighting.com .

Shipping Charges
Shipping prices are calculated based on the shipping destination of the order and the size and weight of the product(s).

International Shipping
If you're looking to place an international order, please email sales@blueprintlighting.com and a salesperson will assist you. Please note that Blueprint Lighting is not responsible for any VAT fees or import taxes associated with international shipping. Be sure to check your country's import regulations and tax policies before placing your order.

Product Finishes
All efforts have been made to accurately represent the colors and finishes of our products. However, slight discrepancies can sometimes occur between photographs/renders and the final physical products. Additionally, please note that each of our fixtures has a unique personality, and as such, there may be some natural variations in the finishes. We recommend ordering our sample kit to ensure the most accurate representation of color, finish, and the distinctive characteristics of each fixture before making your final decision.

Return Policy
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our fixtures, Blueprint Lighting does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Special consideration and store credit may be granted if deemed appropriate by our Client Care Team. Items that have been in your possession for over 30 days and/or hardwired fixtures that have been installed are not eligible for consideration.

In the event of shipping damage, please email us within 48 hours so that we can file an insurance claim and work on getting a new product out to you. All boxes and packing material must be retained, as they will be needed for the insurance claim & potential shipment back to us. Additionally, please provide pictures of the damage to both the product and the box. We insure all shipments, but unless a claim is filed within 15 days of delivery, this insurance is rendered invalid. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or replacement products if the incident is reported after this 15-day window. Please note that installation of the product constitutes acceptance of its condition, and we will not accept claims for damages to fixtures that have already been installed.
